Rugby
After school throughout the year I have been playing rugby with my school team. I have been playing hooker mainly but I also have been moved to prop when the situation demands it. I enjoy rugby as it is a fast and physical game. Rugby also allows me to do cardio training in a way I find fun. This is important to maintain a health heart and lungs.
Weight Training
Over the course of the year I have done hundreds of hours Resistance training. I have seen amazing development in my physique and my strength. My 3 major lifts squat, bench press and dealift have improved at a phenomenal rate. I have gone from doing 120Kg, 80Kg and 125Kg for the lifts respectively to doing 150Kg, 110Kg and 160Kg. I will hopefully be competing in the national power lifting competition. Compared to all the competition I am aware of I would confident that I will win as long as my performance does not drastically decrease.
